This is a fantastic little cottage. Extremely well furnished and with all the equipment you could need should you feel like a gourmet night in. It was lovely to have the use of a very tidy garden with the conservatory to sit in during the evening with a glass of something watching the birds. Bus connections to Seaview, Ryde, Newport, Shanklin and Sandown are excellent with the bus stops literally at the bottom of Prescot Rd. Bembridge village has all you need; butcher, deli, wet fish shop and small Co-Op + some nice little shops. The local pub (Old Village Inn) is ten minutes walk and is very friendly and does very good food (try the lamb Madras if you dare) We enjoyed it so much we are thinking of booking for '27 !...

We enjoyed our stay Bembridge is a beautiful village with wonderful amenities local butchers bakers bakers fishmongers are excellent so is the old village pub for food and is dog friendly too.

We had a lovely week at Quiet Corner Cottage. We were very fortunate with the weather, just one short shower one afternoon. This is our eighth visit to this cottage, so we definitely like it there. It is absolutely ideal for our dog with its large enclosed garden. For a holiday rental it is well equipped and very clean....
