This was the perfect base to explore Devon. Otters Holt offers complete privacy and is surrounded by wildlife and beautiful scenery, yet has easy access to amenities and numerous lovely towns and villages. We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this lovely hut, it was exactly what we were looking for - cosy, peaceful, and set in beautiful surroundings. The hut was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, sharing great recommendations for local walks, places to eat, and nearby attractions. The location is ideal, with a charming town close by and easy access to other destinations. We particularly recommend a visit to Sidmouth and the Donkey Sanctuary, both well worth the trip! We booked last minute and really appreciated the effort both the host and Classic Cottages made to accommodate us. We’d absolutely love to come back and stay again!...

Everything was just perfect, from booking to arrival information to the accommodation itself. We had a beautiful week in the shepherds hut. The location was perfect, it was so peaceful and had everything we needed to relax. My teenagers loved using the fire pit and toasting their marshmallows as well as heating up the hot tub for me. It was lovely to see them enjoy the outdoors while I relaxed in the sun. Would definitely recommend....
