This is a great place to stay for a holiday. Close enough to Bovey Tracey for shopping and we tried the little community shop in Ilsington which would be great in an emergency. Walking distance to the Moor and reasonable drive to the coast, National Trust properties. The cottage has a useful utility room for boots and raincoats which we certainly needed as it rained, if only for a short time every day we were there....

The cottage is situated in an amazing place. Beam Ends is a cosy, comfortable cottage which is ideal for walkers, the scenery is breathtaking. Haytor Vale is a quiet, tranquil place that we will visit again.
