Lovely cottage in the Village of Bembridge which has all the amenities you need. Short walk to a the beach down the lane from the cottage and a great pub with sea views which is only few minutes in the car.

The cottage is very well located in the centre of the village. Lots of lovely walks close by and just down the lane to the beach. Pubs and takeaways nearby. Had a very enjoyable stay there.

Lovely cottage in a great location. 5 minute walk (down a tree lined avenue) to the beach (pebbles with sand at low tide). 1-2 minute walk to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Outside of Bembridge, highly recommend The Dell in Seaview on a warm summers evening (Thursday through Saturday). Great food and perfect location - overlooking Appley Beach. Hope to visit again soon. ...

Perfect location with everything you need really close by with a lovely village feel.short walk to the beach where at low tide you could walk to the marina one way and out past the lifeboat house the other.
