I honestly don’t think we’ve stayed anywhere that’s suited us better than The Linney. The property was beautifully finished and furnished. Our stay was really peaceful and relaxing but above everything else the view was stunning. We absolutely loved our stay and it will be very difficult to better it....

We wanted to come back to the Linney and here we were. Our second stay and hopefully not the last one. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the Bristol Channel and watched magnificent sunsets. The cottage is the best we‘ve ever had, and we saw a lot of places. So light, so spacious, well equipped. Thank you Siân for providing that....

We had a wonderful relaxing week at The Linney. The views are simply spectacular and in a fabulous location on the North Devon coast and great for walking the South West Coastal Path! A campsite is in a lower field and within view of the property but it didn’t bother us during our stay. The Linney is very spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. The bath tub is fabulous and perfect for a long soak after a tiring day spent walking! We will be back! One thing of note is that there is no mobile signal and the WiFi is very poor in this property which is fine for slow browsing and WhatsApp but don’t expect to do much more! ...
