TwinFor endless sea views, an idyllic location within the breathtaking beauty of north Wales, and a wonderfully warm and welcoming place to stay, let us introduce you to Swn y Don.
All on one level, step inside via the sun-room through to the sweet galley-style kitchen, with everything you might need for preparing delicious breakfasts and leisurely lunches and suppers. The open plan living and dining area offers glorious views across the sea and over to the Snowdon summit - you'll certainly enjoy gazing out at the vistas as you dine! This is a delightful place to unwind too, with two plush sofas and a fantastic selection of books, games and DVDs to choose from.
Swn Y Don has two lovely bedrooms. Bedroom one is a comfortable room with a double bed, feature fireplace and unforgettable views of the Llyn peninsula. Bedroom two is a very sweet, cheerful twin room, filled with playful decor and fun details - your little ones will love snuggling up in this cosy space! There's a family bathroom next door.
The sun-room is a delight. Perch in one of the armchairs, play a board game or read a book, soak up that blissful sunshine, and enjoy the incredible views, of course! There's a washing machine, tumble-drier and freezer in here too.
Outside, the beautiful garden is full of colourful flowers in the warmer months, with a sunny lawn area and a fantastic terrace with outdoor seating. Here you can enjoy breakfast al fresco, spend lazy afternoons admiring the captivating sea views, or gather together for evening drinks at the end of a day of adventures.
In terms of your location, this is a really rather special corner of Wales. The pretty village of Harlech is just a ten-minute walk away (with beautiful views of Cardigan Bay and Snowdon to keep you entertained along the way!), where you'll find a handful of great restaurants and independent shops. Harlech Castle is well worth a visit during your stay, perched in a dramatic setting overlooking the dunes with the mountains of Snowdon behind. From your doorstep, the scenic roads take you to the idyllic Llyn peninsula, with its seemingly endless stretch of coastline, charming villages, fantastic eateries and unforgettable scenery. The majestic beauty of Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach, offering many opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities.
