Very comfortable, luxurious and well equipped cottage. The owners have given a lot of thought to providing everything that you might need, from a simple can opener to a washing machine and dryer. The cottage is in a great location very close to the (stony) beach, and the Crab and Lobster Inn. Lots of pleasant walks nearby along the many bridle paths around Bembridge town., and along the beach itself. I only hesitate to recommend it because it will make it more difficult for us to book again! ...

Our second holiday at Ledge View and hopefully not our last! Easy access to lovely unspoilt beach. House was beautifully decorated with board games and children's toys too which was nice. Very clean. Dog friendly but doesn't feel too "doggy" if you aren't bringing one! Enjoyed the outside area on the days it was warm enough. Parking quite tight for 2 cars if they're big but we managed. Stayed with 2 children, a baby and grandparents - suitable for everyone. Many thanks!...
