You might catch the owner feeding her hens - they are very friendly.
There's a second lawned area where you can sit out and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
The charming village of Port Isaac, home of TV's Doc Martin, Fisherman's Friends and two Nathan Outlaw Restaurants.
There are some wonderful beaches along this stretch of coastline - Polzeath is the surfers' favourite.

A 2nd stay at this gorgeous barn was as beautiful as the 1st stay. Spotlessly clean throughout, everything you need and more. Beds are so comfy. Gorgeous Easter very welcome basket, with hot cross buns, crisps, chocolates tea and coffee. Love the location so peaceful, perfect for chilling out....

Lovely cottage in a quiet, rural location. Comfortable and cosy with a great log burner. Just to be aware that there is a water pump that makes a noise in the main bedroom at random times in the night. May be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise very peaceful. ...
