Tucked away down a quiet road leading to Fort Victoria Country Park on the outskirts of Yarmouth, Highgate is a superb holiday destination. Laid over one floor this property provides very spacious accommodation for four people. The sitting-room is large and very welcoming, there is plenty of soft seating to choose from and a gas fire to add warmth whilst you settle down for the evening with your film of choice.
The room configuration provides sociable and flexible options, with doors leading through to kitchen/dining-room which means everyone can enjoy their own space. The kitchen is very well appointed, the owner has taken great care to provide guests with everything they could possibly need. The open plan dining-room is light and airy with additional soft seating and a second television. Double doors from here lead out to the rear garden and decked area.
The outside space is, as the rest of the house, beautifully maintained. A large decked area provides outdoor seating to relax in, dine and enjoy the Island's superb climate. There is a good sized lawned area for the younger ones to play, secure from the front aspect.
