The Retreat sits between Bembridge Harbour and St Helens Duver. There are sandy beaches, sand dunes, rock pools and coastal woods all within a small area. The Duver was originally a Victorian golf course with royal patronage, but now it’s a wildlife haven and a lovely place to relax or gently wander.
Just a short walk away, the Baywatch cafe overlooks the sea where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a dish of the local seafood. From your doorstep there are many picturesque walks to discover including Brading Marshes. Tackt-Isle Adventures is at the end of your drive and offers kayaking, bike hire and many other activities.
