If you were looking for cottages like Coastal View Cottage, how about trying these:

Coastal View Cottage sits in an enviable position just moments away from the harbour and perfectly placed for family holidays or groups of friends looking for a Devonshire getaway. Brixham is a vibrant harbourside town found in the heart of south Devon, with a great selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and beaches all within walking distance of the cottage.

Situated in a row of similar terraced cottages and accessed up a flight of five steps, Coastal View Cottage has been lovingly designed with funky furnishings and contemporary styling. The sitting/dining-room is spacious and inviting, the perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring and where you can unwind in front of the Smart TV to watch the latest movies. The dining-table sits at the rear of the room with easy access to the kitchen where you will find all the equipment you will need to cook a holiday meal. There's even a restored ornamental stove built into the kitchen wall, how quirky is that?

Upstairs on the first floor you will find two bedrooms and the family bathroom. Spacious bedroom one has a cosy king-size bed and also has bunk-beds which can be made available on request for two extra guests, making this room ideal for families. To utilise the bunk-beds please contact our sales team to organise this extra sleeping arrangement. Pretty bedroom two has twin beds, great for either children or adults. The stylish family bathroom on this floor has a bath with shower overhead so you can choose either a refreshing shower after a busy beach day or a long soak. Climb the stairs to bedroom three where you will find a delightfully spacious room with a king-size bed and en suite shower-room, and a fabulous sea view as the icing on the cake.

Through the kitchen stable-doors you will find a small secluded patio, perfect for your morning coffee or evening aperitif. From here steep steps lead up several flights to a top deck balcony where the views are simply stunning and well worth the climb. We do advise that great care is taken as the steps are slippery when wet and the handrail is only in place where the cliff face allows. This area is not recommended for children, the elderly, or guests with mobility issues. The gate at the entrance to the steps is fitted with a bolt, which will help contain little ones from escaping up the steps.

Parking can be found either locally on street or a parking permit is available for the duration of your stay at Breakwater car park. Being so well positioned in central Brixham with all the amenities close at hand you may decide never to use your car and have a car-free holiday!
