This pretty straighforward walk takes you from the centre of Tenby along the coastal path. Head towards Paragon beach and Castle beach past St Catherine's Island and follow the path to Tenby Castle. From here the undulating path takes in some lovely views along the coastto Monkstone beach and Lodge Valley. Saundersfoot is about five miles away from Tenby and if you wish to return by train the station is a little way out of town. There are also local buses if you wish.
