This cosy little cottage is literally on the edge of Cadgwith’s shoreline, perched a few steps above the beach looking straight out to sea. Many hours can be whiled away watching the waves gently lap the shore, or occasionally pounding the cliffs nearby. In relative privacy, set slightly apart from the bustle of the beach and village, this delightful retreat is the perfect place to relax and absorb all the local sights and sounds. The living-room’s glass doors frame the superb view, and your own patio is just outside where you can watch the ever changing waters. It is perfect for a true Cornish getaway, whether you only have time for a short break to soak up the sea air or you're lucky enough for a week or two you will feel your stress ebb away. If you wish to book a short break, please note that these start on either a Monday or Friday. The compact kitchen is well-equipped, and parking is in the public car park, a five minute uphill walk away. The cottage is thought to have once been a fisherman's net loft, and the building behind is still used for this purpose by the local fishermen. Next door is a similar cottage, your right of way crossing their patio; there is also a public footpath on the far side, but this is seldom used.
