Sensational Sea Whisper lies in the picture-perfect village of Croyde on the north Devon coastline and is the ideal holiday home for multi-generational family holidays. A modern home benefitting from all the luxuries you'll need to make your holiday a breeze, it's a six bedroom property with five bathrooms (so no arguments in the morning!), open plan living space and the most beautiful, fully enclosed garden that adults and children alike will love, not least because of the stunning hot tub!
On arrival, you'll first encounter the main open plan living and dining area. Sleek white counters and cabinets are home to a double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine and an oh-so-important wine fridge. In addition, you'll find all the kitchen equipment you'll need to rustle up meals, as well as a central island for meal prepping. Just around the corner lies the dining-area complete with extendable dining-table and patio doors leading out to the terrace which means you can let the outside in on warm sunny days. Between the kitchen and dining area lies the sitting-area where comfy seating, Smart TV with soundbar and dual-aspect windows await, with patio doors leading out onto the terrace. In addition, there's a separate TV room with large L-shaped sofa, Smart TV and sliding doors that lead out on to the terrace and garden - ideal for older children wanting their own space. There's also a utility-room with a washing machine, tumble-drier and sink.
Sea Whisper boasts six lovely bedrooms. The principal bedroom lies on the first floor and has triple-aspect windows that overlook the countryside, a king-sized bed and an en suite shower-room with rainfall shower. The other two bedrooms on the first floor are a room with bunk-beds, and a single room. They both share a bathroom with shower over. On the ground floor there's a bedroom with a 'zip and link' bed, meaning it can be made up as a twin or a super-king sized bed. This overlooks the front garden and has a TV with Freeview. The next bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and sliding doors which lead out onto the sunny terrace and garden, whilst the final bedroom on the ground floor is a twin. On the ground floor you'll also find a bathroom with bath and shower over and finally a wet-room. This can also be entered from outside for easy access when in the garden.
The garden is simply spectacular with landscaped, terraced gardens designed in the Mediterranean-style. With plenty of space for lounging and playtime, there's lawned areas as well as terraced spaces with a table, chairs and Weber coal barbecue for al fresco meals and corner sofa, chairs and loungers for lazy sunny afternoons. Of course, the jewel in the garden's crown is the bubbling hot tub - offering the perfect way to unwind after a day's exploring. There's also a space to store bikes and surfboards. The gated driveway has space for five cars, and when the gate is shut creates a fully enclosed garden.
