Set in the beautiful seaside town of Croyde on the north Devonshire coastline, Sunny Sands is the perfect dog-friendly holiday home that's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Ideal for multi-generational family get-togethers, there's plenty of space inside for everyone to spread out, while the principal bedroom boasts its own private balcony. Outside, there's a gorgeous garden complete with inviting hot tub, summer-house and enclosed lawn for little ones and dogs to play till their hearts' content.

On entry into Sunny Sands, you'll find the roomy sitting-room on your left with plush sofas, an armchair, a huge Smart TV and a lovely wood-burner for cooler nights - perfect for curling up in front of after a blustery coastal walk! There's also an additional reading nook with an armchair next to the stairs, plus another on the landing on the first floor.

Next up is the elegant kitchen/dining-room where you'll find crisp white worktops, a four-oven range cooker with gas hob, large American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, plus all the other kitchen paraphernalia needed to cook up a storm. Next to the kitchen is a large dining-table which seats up to ten with bi-fold doors leading out on to the deck. In addition, there's a useful utility in the garage (which can be accessed from inside property) that has an extra fridge, washing machine, tumble-drier, sink and storage for bikes and beach equipment.

There are five bedrooms at Sunny Sands, with three on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The first ground floor room is a king-sized room with built-in wardrobes, a Smart TV and access to the family shower-room opposite. The second bedroom is also king-sized with an en suite bathroom with shower overhead and French doors that lead out onto the deck area by the hot tub. Upstairs, the principal bedroom boasts a super-king sized bed, large Smart TV, lots of built-in storage space, a desk/study area and an ensuite shower-room. It also has an incredible balcony, accessed through bi-fold doors, with rattan sofa set made for leisurely mornings and spectacular views across Croyde village and over the dunes. The fourth bedroom has twin beds with Velux windows and some restricted headroom so perfect for little ones, and the fifth is a single with a Smart TV.

The jewel of Sunny Sands' crown has to be the garden! With a bubbling hot tub on the decked terrace plus an outside corner sofa and table with chairs for al fresco meals in the sunshine, it's a fantastic space for socialising. In addition, there's a fab purpose-built charcoal Bushpeck barbecue for the keen outdoor cook. If that wasn't enough, there's a summer-house with sofa and Smart TV, and a good-sized lawned area. All of this is enclosed, so dogs and children can play happily, and there's also a wet-room for washing off sandy toes. Outside you'll also find a wetsuit washing area with hose and hanging rail. To the front of the property is a driveway with space for up to four vehicles.
