Step into the detached whitewashed house and explore the expansive sitting-room. There's a spot for everyone thanks to the squishy neutral corner sofa, burnt orange sofa and scattering of armchairs. The patio doors flood the space with light and can be opened to maximise indoor/outdoor living. Come evening time melt into one of the sofas and relax with a film on the Smart TV. Conflicting opinions on what to watch? There's an additional games-room to the front of the property that also has a TV. Goodbye, remote-based arguments!
The open plan kitchen/dining-room is a real highlight of the property with its generous proportions and cheerful sea blue feature wall. Newly installed in 2017, the kitchen's got everything you need to self-cater for a crowd, including a robust range style oven and dishwasher. There's dining space for up to ten, plus a separate utility-room with a dedicated drinks fridge, washing machine and tumble-drier.
Langtrees has five bedrooms and can sleep up to nine guests. Two of the bedrooms can be set up as either king-size or twin beds, so pick the best configuration to suit your party. There's also a single bedroom, king-size bedroom and a principal super-king bedroom with a generous en suite shower-room.
There's also a modern family bathroom with smart navy-blue metro tile detailing and a shower over the bath, plus there's also a separate loo which you can find just off the entrance hall.
Outside is a wonderland and it's clear that time and love aplenty has been poured into these gorgeous landscaped gardens. Green thumbs will be in their element here! The lower garden is turfed and there are multiple gated walkways around the landscaped gardens, allowing guests to keep children safe, although we do recommend that you supervise children here. The garden also boasts its very own hot tub, which offers a wonderful extra layer of restoration and relaxation to a holiday and is the perfect place to soothe your muscles after a challenging coast walk.
The garden also features a covered outside area, as well as a patio-area leading off the house which boasts durable rattan furniture and a coal barbecue for memorable holiday meals enjoyed al fresco.
Depending on the size of your cars, up to four cars can fit in the two parking bays found at the front of Langtrees.
