Perfectly located just a short stroll from the breathtaking sandy beach at Croyde in beautiful north Devon, Offshore is a delightful, stylish holiday home, conveniently on one level, with a secluded garden and deck with private hot tub.
Offshore is simply a dream with stylish furnishings throughout. The living area is open plan, ideal for sociable holidays! Head to the kitchen-area furnished with sleek, modern units and you will find all the equipment you'll need to cook a holiday meal. Next to the kitchen there's a painted dining-table, large enough to seat everyone and perfect for sociable dining and planning the adventures of the day. The sitting-area has a cosy corner sofa, armchairs and a TV with wood-burner to keep you warm throughout the seasons. A separate utility-room is home to the washing machine and tumble-drier.
The four bedrooms are all nicely furnished with your comfort in mind. The spacious principal bedroom has a king-size bed and the added benefit of a dressing-room and en suite shower-room. There's also a TV in this room so you can catch up on the latest programmes in comfort. Bedroom two is also a double and this too has a TV and en suite shower-room. Bedroom three has a 'zip and link' bed giving flexibility to have either a king-size double or twins, and bedroom four has comfortable three-foot twin beds, ideal for either children or adults. In addition, there is a family bathroom with bath and fitted shower, ideal for a long soak after a busy beach day, plus a wheelchair friendly wet-room with shower, drop down shower seat and handrails; lots of facilities for all your guests!
Outside, the secluded deck is wonderful and a great place to relax from dawn until dusk, dine al fresco and enjoy the fresh air. There is also a blissful hot tub, a great way to chill out with friends and family.
Other facilities include a shower to rinse off after the beach (and before/after using the hot tub) and for washing muddy paws after a winter walk. Access to the decked rear garden is via the patio doors from either the dining-area or the main bedroom. There is also access from the drive via a coded lock gate with a fixed ramp to the deck to allow for wheelchair access if required. Parking is available on the drive and there's an EV charging point too.
With the pretty village centre and beach just a short 10 to 15 minute walk away, Offshore has all you need for an unforgettable holiday.
