The utility-room - where you can store all your supplies and carry out the washing-up duties! You will also find a large American-style fridge/freezer in addition to the small fridge in the kitchen.
Head back out to the hallway to discover the games-room. The perfect hangout room for young or old, come rain or shine.
A family favourite has to be darts.
There is always time for a tipple or two should the mood take you.
At the end of the hall just off the entrance you will find bedroom 1. This dual aspect room floods with light and enjoys an en suite shower.
Time to enjoy a lazy morning.
Bedroom 1 is the perfect option for those who are less mobile. You even have a lovely sitting-area with views over the back garden.

At the end of the hall climb the stairs where you will discover three more bedrooms.

Holsworthy is a short drive away and has an array of independent shops, welcoming pubs and cosy cafes. Or venture over to Okehampton, where you can enjoy slow mornings over specialty coffees and hearty breakfasts - perfect for kick starting the day. If you fancy a slice of Devon city life, trains run regularly from Okehampton into Exeter - perfect for a spot of retail therapy and riverside dining on Exeter's iconic quayside.
For a full adventure, why not explore the Granite Way, an 11-mile multi-use trail which starts at Okehampton railway station and runs to Lydford along the former railway line. Pack a picnic and head out on two-legs (or wheels) and enjoy the wonderful views of Devon's rolling countryside. Or if sun is shining, there's no better place to soak up the sunshine, than across the border in Bude.
