Step through the front door into this light and airy house; a chic, calming property for your holiday. The large kitchen/diner is the most fabulous family space and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you might need for a culinary feast. Perhaps perch at the breakfast-bar and grab a chilled bottle of Chablis from the wine fridge and reminisce over the day, while chatting to your chef. The large dining-table comfortably accommodates eight guests, enjoy long group meals together creating special memories. Bi-fold doors lead out onto the patio and lawn, open the doors wide on balmy summer nights if you fancy a spot of al fresco dining.
The enclosed private garden space is perfect for kids to play in and for your pooch to run around (please be aware in the field next door are sheep and alpacas so please supervise your dog). A storage shed is provided for bicycles should you wish to bring them and there is an outside tap for washing sandy feet after a day at the beach.
The tranquil sitting-room is accessed from double doors from the kitchen/diner or via the hallway; this room just oozes relaxation with squishy sofas and calming tones, you will instantly switch off from the hustle and bustle of your busy lives. A convenient cloakroom with WC completes the ground floor.
On the first floor there are four beautiful bedrooms and the family bathroom. The principal bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed fit for a king (or queen!) with far reaching views over the Cornish countryside. This bedroom also has a lovely en suite shower-room for those long, lazy morning showers. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with twin beds, so plenty of space for everyone. The fourth bedroom has 'zip and link' beds which provides flexible accommodation for your party which is just perfect. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully decorated with its own individual style to create such a personal feeling to each room.
The family bathroom has a large tub to soak your weary limbs after a day on the beach and a shower over the bath. In both bathrooms you can enjoy listening to some relaxing tunes through the Bluetooth mirror too!
