The sitting-room is warm and inviting with beautiful decor and furniture, with a coal-effect fire to keep you cosy at any time of year.

Also on the first floor you are treated to three opulent bedrooms, each dressed in luxury linens with stylish furniture and beautiful touches throughout. The beauty is you have two en suites and one family shower-room, making this fabulous apartment perfect for three couples all requiring their own bathing facilities.

Step outside and a fully enclosed haven awaits in the rear garden, complete with a fabulous hot tub. Enjoy secluded al fresco dining from dawn until dusk, either before or after a dip in the gorgeous hot tub, the perfect way to relax on holiday. The fully enclosed garden allows you to truly relax whilst allowing younger members of the party or your four-legged friends to enjoy a touch of freedom.

If the chef fancies a night off, you have a wonderful pub just a short stroll away. However you plan to spend your Devonshire days, whether discovering the delights from the doorstep or travelling further afield, a getaway at Clyst House Apartment is sure to be a delight.

Clyst House Apartment is situated in the glorious Clyst House itself where the owners reside and are on hand to help with any holiday requests or needs you have.

Close by you have Haldon Forest, therefore walkers, bikers and dog lovers are spoilt for choice in relation to walking and exploring. Venture further afield and explore the rugged landscapes of Dartmoor, which is full of gorgeous places to reconnect with nature.

Should you fancy a bit of shopping, the historic Cathedral City of Exeter is only a short car journey away and full of plenty of independent shops and eateries. If you fancy a dip, the glorious beaches of Exmouth and Dawlish are again only a short car journey away and home to some beautiful views across the bay, and only slightly further afield you will find the stunning south Devon coast and all its wonders and hotspots.

Not forgetting those fun packed kiddies' days, Crealy Adventure Park is at your disposal, offering thrills and entertainment galore, an amazing day out for all the family. Or perhaps something more relaxing is the plan, if so, spend your day strolling around the beautiful 18th Century Killerton House. The stunning gardens, chapel and parkland await, complemented by a fabulous cafe, shop and plant centre for those green fingered members of the party. Killerton House is a great day out for all generations, especially as you can also take your four-legged friends.

Powderham Castle is also a short car journey away from your doorstep, offering another fabulous day out for all the family. This magnificent castle, built in 1392, stands proudly in a magical Deer Park on the banks of the River Exe. Once within the castle grounds, you can take a 35 minute safari round the Deer Park, home to over 600 fallow deer, or visit the Courtenay Fort which can be found in the secret garden, a superb adventure for the younger members of the party, especially if you take advantage of the zip slide which enables a hasty exit from the Fort should you come under attack!

For the wine connoisseurs, Kenton Park Estate Vineyard is a must, especially as you can treat yourself to a vineyard tour and wine tasting adventure, sounds perfect and the bonus is it's only 20 minutes away from Clyst House Apartment.

Something for the foodies of the party, Darts Farm shop, which is also only a 10 minute drive away, serves up an array of artisan products, several home and garden outlets, and a delightful cafe to sit and enjoy a fresh cream tea after all that shopping excitement.
