Enjoy a day at Ilfracombe. From the harbour to the beaches and the town itself you have an entire day covered.
From canoeing to paddle boarding and any water sport in between that takes your fancy head to any seaside town on the coast and you will have options!
For an adrenaline filled day then its has to be North Devon Wakepark.
The multi-award winning and famous Lynton and Lynmouth funicular Cliff Railway opened in 1890 and is the highest and the steepest totally water powered railway in the world!
Head to Lynmouth and enjoy a traditional fish and chip tea on the green looking out to sea.
From Exmoor to Dartmoor you can either pull on the walking boots or head off along a bike trail.

After walking up to the front patio door via the decking steps you will find this perfect abode all on one level. The open plan living-room offers an immediate 'wow' moment, with plush leather sofas, a perfectly positioned dining-table and a skilfully crafted, fully equipped kitchen, the living space links seamlessly together. The gorgeous curated objects and fabulous interior styling you will ensure you instantly melt into your surroundings and slip into blissful holiday mode.
The two sleeping havens have super comfy beds, crisp linens and are adorned with plump cushions and gorgeous throws - you will simply drift away each night! The main bedroom also boasts a grand chandelier and has patio doors out onto the decking, the perfect spot for the all-important morning brew. There is plenty to see and do in this area of north Devon. Hop in the car to discover the glorious north Devon beaches and miles of coastal walks. If you are feeling energetic head out for a walk, cycle along the famous Tarka Trail or explore Exmoor National Park; lace up your walking shoes and discover the beautiful, unspoilt countryside.
When it comes to planning adventures, you will be spoilt for choice as attractions include ferry trips to Lundy Island from Bideford Quay, the National Trust's Arlington Court, and don't forget to pay a visit to the charming, historic village of Clovelly for a special day out!
