The garden-room is the latest addition to Penlyne with the beautiful hand crafted oak frame hugging the space, simply perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. Furnished with carefully selected artwork, individual items of furniture, fabulous fabrics and comfy sofas, whether you choose to cuddle up in front of the wood-burner chatting or sharing a movie, board game or reading a book, this relaxing room may become your favourite.
Rustle up a snack or a feast on the electric range cooker in the stylish kitchen where the large fridge/freezer has more than enough space for all your goodies, fresh and bottled! Eat together here or head through to the garden-room and head outside through the French doors onto the terrace, sunset barbecues out here are not to be missed in the summer.

The desirable harbour town of Fowey with its shops, restaurants and ferry to pretty Polruan is just a short drive away, as are the tall ships, shipwreck treasure museum and restaurants at Charlestown, the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and many beautiful coves and beaches all within easy reach.
