For scenery packed coastal walks, exploring fishing villages and historic harbours, fun days on some fabulous beaches and the chance to immerse yourself in village life, Paradise House ticks all the boxes and is perfect for family holidays or a group of friends looking for a getaway in this stunning part of north Cornwall.
Take the steps that lead to the front door and prepare to be greeted by this most heavenly Grade II Listed Georgian Villa. Flawlessly renovated, the stylish and luxurious interiors perfectly complement the charm and character of this period property.
The gorgeous sitting-room with its large bay window invites you to relax with a good book and there's a separate snug, which will delight younger members who want to escape from the adults! Make meal times a celebration all gathered around the dining-table and for more informal dining, pitch up at the breakfast-bar, perfectly positioned to watch the birds and wildlife in the garden. The kitchen comes complete with butler sink and a range-style cooker that is sure to delight all budding chefs no doubt cooking up local produce purchased from the village farm shop, but as the local pub is only a few minutes' walk away, why not let someone else do the cooking for you.
Upstairs four beautifully appointed boutique-style bedrooms have window seats below the sash windows, just the spot to sit and enjoy a morning cuppa. The fifth bedroom is brilliantly light and airy, and leads directly out to the terrace and back garden. This room can be set up as a single or double bed for added flexibility or simply left as a garden-room for further relaxation.

For bird lovers there's a rookery amongst the trees when there will be much activity in late spring with the arrival of their chicks. Venture down the hill to the heart of the village and discover the historic harbour, quaint cottages, galleries, pottery, visitor centre and the famous witchcraft museum! There's also a choice of cafes, tearooms and pubs, including the award-winning Boscastle Farm shop and restaurant - so you'll never have to worry about cooking! This area is a paradise for walkers, with trails along wooded valleys and the dramatic coastline right on your doorstep. Nearby Tintagel is steeped in history with the legendary castle of King Arthur and The Old Post Office (National Trust) and the charming village of Port Isaac, home to The Fisherman's Friends and TV's Doc Martin, is well worth a visit. There are fantastic beaches along this stretch of coastline and for some fun on two wheels, cycle along the Camel Trail as it winds its way from Bodmin Moor, through the bustling town of Wadebridge and along the Camel Estuary, out to Padstow on the coast.

The single bedroom sits at the front of the house overlooking the garden.

Bedroom 5 can be set up as a single or double bed but if you don't need the extra beds, it becomes a wonderful space to enjoy the garden with access to the terrace and garden at the back. This room is accessed internally from the first floor corridor.

A little further down the coast, the village of Port Isaac is certainly worth a visit.

The nearby village of Tintagel is steeped in history and Arthurian legend.
