Welcome to Beach House, a very special getaway hidden within the timeless beauty of Pembrokeshire National Park. The secluded location is nothing short of idyllic; nestled into the banks of a magnificent tidal estuary, with breathtaking views of the estuary and the countryside beyond, surrounded by beautiful woodlands, and with some of Pembrokeshire's finest, golden sand beaches nearby. Oh, and you'll also have access to your very own riverside beach - perfect for a blissful dip at high tide!

Upon entering the house on the upper level, the rather stunning staircase is sure to impress you, as it's framed by a panel of glass, with double doors that lead down and out onto the gorgeous terrace and its wonderful views. The upper floor houses the four elegant bedrooms, all with fabulous estuary views and en suite bath or shower-rooms. The main bedroom is a comfortable king-size double room, with a private balcony with unforgettable views - perhaps the perfect way to start the day! The en suite has a separate shower and a bath, and makes for a heavenly place for a long, leisurely soak after a walk along the river. Please be aware that there are steps up into the bedroom and down into the en suite. Another bedroom has 'zip and link' beds, which can be made up as a super-king or twin beds, with a lovely terrace area to enjoy those beautiful views, and an en suite with a separate shower and bath. There are two further bedrooms, one a king and the other a super-king, both with en suite shower-rooms (one accessed down a set of steps). Please note there are steps between the hallway and two of the bedrooms and there are some low doorways.

Head to the lower level to find the fabulous open plan kitchen, with a sweet breakfast-bar to perch at with your morning coffee. You'll also find the beautiful oak dining-table in this area, ideal for gathering together and enjoying a hearty brunch or a leisurely supper. There are a couple of choices for somewhere to sit back and relax at the end of the day; the living-room is full of coastal charm, and makes for a cosy place to unwind and there's also the very lovely sun-room, an ideal spot to sink into an armchair with a good book in hand. You'll find a separate kitchenette and dining-table here - ideal for making a refreshing drink without having to go too far!

And of course, we can't forget to mention the special outside space. From the sun-room, the sliding doors lead out onto the fantastic sun-soaked terrace. The outdoor seating and sun-loungers are perched beside the heated swimming pool (available from May bank holiday until mid-September), ideal for enjoying the Welsh sunshine after a dip in the pool, and you'll find the fabulous hot tub nestled amongst the rocks - hop in, sit back and admire the glorious sunsets. Unforgettable days will melt into dreamy evenings, spent enjoying the very best of outdoor living.

Babes in arms up to six months and children aged four and over are welcomed at Beach House.

As an alternative to Beach House, nearby Leeward Cottage (5214) sleeps eight and shares this lovely tranquil spot or for larger parties why book both together and bring the whole family along!

If you can bring yourself to leave, there's so much to do in this spectacular part of the world. Pembrokeshire has several simply beautiful golden sandy beaches, including award-winning Barafundle Bay, Freshwater West and Angle Bay, and the 186 miles of stunning coast path are sure to keep you busy!

The very popular seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot make for fantastic days out, too, and if you fancy a slice of history, Pembroke and its castle, the birthplace of Henry VII, is within easy reach. During the spring and summer months, it's also possible to visit the bird sanctuary island of Skomer which has an enormous variety of breeding sea birds, and the various sea safaris offer a unique insight into the secret lives of shearwaters, grey seals and dolphins.
