Situated just off the Fosse Way; the ancient Roman road between Bath and Wells, it's a brilliant spot to base yourself. Over two floors, Jasmine Cottage offers fresh and bright rooms with character features. From the moment you step in the door you are sure to feel ready to relax on your holiday in Somerset.
From the front porch, you enter the sitting-room where you can choose a comfy spot on the sofa to curl up and enjoy a good book. Stepping through into the kitchen/dining-area, you will find a lovely space to cook up your holiday meals or if you fancy a night off then head to the local pub, The Kings Arms Inn.
The bedrooms are cosy and the perfect place to catch up on some rest after a busy day exploring the local area.
Outside, the garden at Jasmine Cottage is a safe space for children to play - the garden is slightly higher than the back of the house but is fenced for safety.
Stratton-on-the-Fosse is a traditional Somerset village, situated close to the charming city of Bath. The local area is great to explore on foot - perfect for those family walks from the door or take the time to explore the abbey church of St Gregory the Great, which is known as Downside Abbey church. Why not visit Wells, renowned for its monthly artisan markets, independent shops and its Cathedral.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing break to switch off or a base to explore this fabulous area of Somerset, Jasmine Cottage will be ideal.

Please be careful on the flagstone steps in the front garden, as they are uneven. Please supervise children in the garden; the garden is higher than the house and although there is a fence in place, children are not to be left alone as there is a small drop. The patio furniture is only available for guests' use from April to November. Please note, the stairs in the house are steep but there is a handrail in place for assistance.
