KingChallens Yarde is a Grade II Listed luxury holiday cottage on the Cowdray Estate and can be found on a picturesque rural lane in the village of Easebourne, perfect for exploring all that Cowdray and the surrounding area has to offer.
Formerly a wheelwrights shop and three cottages, the property has retained many of its original features and boasts a wonderful large private garden, off-road parking, and plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to eight people and two dogs.
To the back of the house and overlooking the garden is a spacious and contemporary, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a door leading to the boot-room where there is further storage and access to the garden and patio dining-area.
Off the kitchen is the snug, a nice place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring and perhaps enjoy pre-dinner drinks before supper is served in either the kitchen or dining-room.
There is also a sitting-room with a delightful open fireplace so plenty of space for all to enjoy.
As you wind upstairs you will find four double bedrooms all with king-size beds, three with en suite bath/shower-rooms and the fourth bedroom having a bathroom next door. One of the bedrooms has a mezzanine floor, but please note that this area is not suitable for children.
Also available to book on the Cowdray Estate are Apsley Cottage (5148) and Costers Lodge (5490).
From the cottage you can walk to the local pub or a little further, into Midhurst, a thriving market town with a wonderful mix of independent shops.
There are some lovely walks in the area and around the estate, where there's always something of interest throughout the year including the bluebells in early May.
Throughout the year the Cowdray Estate offer a range of workshops and experiences to enjoy from alternative therapies including yoga, Pilates, meditation and chanting. There is also foraging walks, fly fishing, golf, simulated game shoots, gun dog training, star gazing, polo lessons and even a Bear Grylls Survival Academy.

It's the perfect base for visiting Goodwood, which is home to many international events including Glorious Goodwood, the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.
You will be spoilt for choice by the number of historic houses and gardens to visit including the beautiful Petworth House, nestled in a 700-acre deer park, Chichester Cathedral, the fairy tale Arundel and Amberley Castles, Goodwood House, Stansted House and West Dean Gardens to name a few.
