Challens Yarde is a Grade II Listed luxury holiday cottage with hot tub on the Cowdray Estate and can be found on a picturesque rural lane in the village of Easebourne, perfect for exploring all that Cowdray and the surrounding area has to offer.
Formerly a wheelwright's shop and three cottages, the property has retained many of its original features and boasts a wonderful large private garden, off-road parking, and plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to eight people and two dogs.
To the back of the house and overlooking the garden is a spacious and contemporary, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a door leading to the boot-room where there is further storage and access to the garden and patio dining-area.
Off the kitchen is the snug, a nice place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring and perhaps enjoy pre-dinner drinks before supper is served in either the kitchen or dining-room.
There is also a sitting-room with a delightful open fireplace so plenty of space for all to enjoy.
