As you enter the property a staircase takes you to an entrance hall which leads to a modern and spacious kitchen/dining-room complete with breakfast-bar. The kitchen has the benefit of French doors which open out to a pretty roof terrace - the perfect spot for an al fresco breakfast, or romantic evening meal whilst enjoying views over the pretty Cotswold rooftops.
To the front of the apartment is a cosy sitting-room with an inviting sofa and contemporary fireplace housing a cosy log-effect electric fire, the perfect place to snuggle up after a day of sightseeing. Next door is a twin bedroom with built-in storage for your holiday wardrobe.

You'll even find the footpath, (part of Monarch's Way) located very close to Topside, just off the High Street, which leads to Batsford Arboretum. Why not have a wander round with your four legged-friend and stop for a spot of lunch.
There are a plethora of places to visit in the area, including nearby Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway and Stratford-upon-Avon. A little further afield are Woodstock, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and all of the pretty Cotswold villages in between.
