Get cosy on the sofas whilst you take in the sea views or watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. The kitchen area is a cook's dream with deluxe integrated appliances and everything you need to create your favourite meals.

Double doors from the living area open onto a canopied balcony, a delightful place to listen to the waves and watch the world go by whilst you enjoy a morning coffee from the Dolce Gusto machine or take in the memorable sunsets.

Off the living-room is a spacious and peaceful bedroom which looks out towards the hillside. The comfortable king-size bed is dressed in the finest hotel quality linens and blackout curtains aid towards a relaxing night's sleep. There is also a modern ensuite shower-room.

A five minute walk from Middle Deck will take you into the historic village of Sandgate where you find a variety of little shops, pubs, restaurants, antique shops, a village store, and artisan cafes.

Sandgate is situated between Folkestone and Hythe and is the perfect base for exploring the Kent coast and is a wonderful base for those that wish to hop over the channel and enjoy a day trip to France.

The bustling Cinque Port of Hythe is two miles to the west and offers a wide variety of shops and amenities including a Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Aldi.

Enjoy a stroll along the sea wall or explore one of the many woodland paths that Sandgate has to offer. It is a haven to wildlife as well as many wonderful plants.

Explore Folkestone with its recently restored Harbour Arm and beautiful promenade or the Military Canal at Hythe, or the historic castle and docks at Dover.

The mainline railway station at Folkestone (approximately one and a half miles) and Sandling station (approximately four miles) have direct connections to the high speed service to London Stratford and St Pancras stations taking approximately 50 minutes.
