Immerse yourself in coastal luxury, daydreaming out to sea, in this superbly restored, spacious, traditional stone Pembrokeshire barn. With stunning sea and rural views, Joyful House nestles within Pembrokeshire National Park, in the heart of the St Davids' peninsula, surrounded by the natural beauty, never-ending sea, majestic cliffs and rolling meadows of the peninsula, just over a mile from Abereiddy Beach.

Sleeping nine, with four luxury bath/shower rooms, the barn offers an eclectic mix of contemporary comfort and rustic style. Set over four levels of split-level design, there is plenty of room for everyone, with the open plan kitchen and living space creating the perfect opportunity for memorable family gatherings and fun get togethers. Why not have a sing-song around the piano. Exquisitely presented throughout, most rooms are adorned with beautiful Welsh Melin Tregwynt soft furnishings.

After a fun filled day on one of the glorious local beaches, a good night's sleep is promised in the hushed bedrooms on the sumptuous mattresses. Just look at the picture-perfect view from the main bedroom. Cook up some tasty holiday meals in the 'top of the range' kitchen, with your favourite songs playing through the fabulous sound system with Bose speaker and amplifier. On chillier nights completely relax together on the sumptuous sofas in the warm glow of the wood-burner or enjoy summer nights leisurely dining al fresco in the Pembrokeshire sea air.

The large garden with breathtaking sea views and sheltered patio areas is a joy, ideal for relaxing on the Lafuma loungers or enjoying a family barbecue to end a perfect day. Snug and warm in winter, light and airy in summer, the barn is the perfect holiday destination, regardless of the season.

The beauty of the local area of the Pembrokeshire National Park is magnificent. Unspoilt countryside/coastal paths with access to many spectacular beaches, craggy coves and stunning walks. A boat trip is a must, which can be booked in St Davids; out to Skomer in the summer months to see the world-renowned puffins or to enjoy the seals, dolphins and other sea life. The nearest beach is Abereiddy, sandy with shingle, dogs are welcome all year. The blue lagoon, which Red Bull Diving has used, is spectacular. Porthgain harbour is nearby. Treat yourself to the tastiest fish and chip supper in The Shed or for good pub food, try the Sloop Inn. Within an easy 15 minute drive, the golden sands and rolling surf at Whitesands Bay is popular, or Newgale a little further along the coast. Soak up the relaxed vibe and mystical presence in picturesque St Davids, strolling to the magnificent Cathedral. Family attractions include Dr Beynon's Bug Farm serving edible insects, which has featured on TV, Hangar Five (trampolining), Bluestone and south of the county, Oakwood Park, Folly Farm, Heatherton and the Dinosaur Park.
