North Cornwall is truly a special place to explore, with its miles of golden sands, top surfing beaches and fabulous towns and villages. Rock is famous for its water sports, and you can spend many memorable days on the water; paddleboarding, windsurfing and rowing, or simply lying back on the sandy shores and soaking up the picturesque views of the River Camel. The main street (Rock Road) gently curves around the estuary and is full of waterfront restaurants and independent shops to explore. If you fancy discovering Padstow, then hop on the local ferry, and spend the day sampling the various restaurants and Cornish ice cream! Venture to Polzeath to catch some waves, discover seafood cafes and savour the laid-back lifestyle.
