The rooms are separated by glazed double doors, making the ground floor versatile and easily accessible and there is also a convenient WC on this floor. Patio doors lead out onto the private patio and secure garden for spending time in the sun and al fresco dining.
Bedroom one is conveniently located on the ground floor and has the added luxury of a super en suite shower-room and views to the front of the house. South Molton is a thriving market town and offers a fabulous insight into the best of rural life with independent shops, great cafes and of course numerous inns and takeaways. There is also a renowned twice weekly (Thursdays and Saturdays) pannier market where locals come from far and wide to enjoy spending time, you can walk here from your front door and it will not disappoint!
Barnstaple is the largest town in north Devon and enjoys a superb location at the mouth of the Taw Estuary, on the spectacular north Devon coastline between Westward Ho! and Croyde and a short drive from Exmoor National Park. Barnstaple is a busy traditional Devon coastal town with a pannier market, shops, restaurants and bars, along with two fabulous sandy beaches, which are popular with surfers and families. The town is renowned for its floral displays having won a Britain in Bloom award and flowers are found around every corner of the town in the most unusual places. Barnstaple lies at the end of the magnificent Tarka line railway, which takes you through the spectacular north Devon countryside of wooded river valleys, rugged moorland and a stretch of coastline, plus close by is the picture postcard coastal village of Clovelly. The pretty riverside town of Bideford is a short car journey away and a day out at the beautiful coastal villages of Appledore and Instow should be on your list of things to do. Wherever you explore on your north Devon escape you will look forward to returning to Bee Meadows year after year.
