As soon as you arrive at Holly Tree House you will be wowed by the natural stone and cedar cladding finish. Open the front door and enter the large hallway with ample storage for coats and shoes. Under-floor heating throughout the ground floor will keep the chill off in winter months. Downstairs the fabulous open plan living area exudes quality and offers sociable space for all the family. The dining area is a light and airy triple-aspect room with bi-fold doors giving direct access to the secluded garden and decked seating area. The chefs amongst you will love the beautifully handcrafted units, granite worktops and supply of equipment to cook up a feast in the kitchen and the central dining-table is just the place to gather the troops for a chat about the day's adventures. The sitting-area is beautifully styled with ochre and grey comfy sofas, the ideal place to relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV after a day of invigorating sea air. The contemporary wood-burner is a real feature of the room and perfect to warm toes when the weather is cooler. For younger members of the family there is the added bonus of a snug with additional Smart TV, ideal for avoiding any holiday squabbles about what to watch! The ground floor is finished off with the utility-room and downstairs shower-room with WC and basin, very convenient for a refreshing shower after a beach day. The beautiful staircase leads from the grand hall to the stylish glass balustraded landing and four bedrooms. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with sumptuous beds and luxury bedding.
