This ultra-stylish contemporary apartment sits in a prime position overlooking the picturesque marina and sea in the exclusive Royal William Yard. Dating back over 200 years, this fabulously restored building is ideally situated with an eclectic selection of cocktail bars, restaurants and boutiques all close at hand, perfect for a romantic escape or a swish getaway with friends.

The apartment is accessed via a central hall and can be reached either by stairs or the convenient lift. Prepare to be wowed as you step over the threshold and take in your truly breathtaking surroundings.

The original exposed walls and wooden beams have been beautifully preserved and marry seamlessly with the stunning contemporary furnishings.

Downstairs the open plan living area offers a stunning sitting-area with beautiful exposed stone feature wall and reclaimed wooden floor. Two beautiful velvet sofas invite you to relax in front of the Smart TV, if you can take your eyes off the waterside view through the fabulous arched windows of course!

With a private dedicated parking space situated in a private parking area outside the apartment service doors, 48 The Brewhouse really does have everything for a fabulous getaway.

Being apartment living there is no designated private outdoor space but when it comes to space the Yard itself delivers and you will not feel the loss when you breathe in the sea air as you exit the secure apartment building.

Catch the ferry from the marina and spend the day at historic Mount Edgcumbe. With regular passenger ferries running to the Barbican or across the river Tamar who needs a car? Plymouth is steeped in maritime history and the city is waiting to be explored. The Hoe is a fabulous viewpoint where you can gaze over the Sound and watch the water world go by, whilst eating an ice cream of course. Tinside Lido is one of the 10 best outdoor pools in Europe so don't forget your cossie! The Barbican with its cobbled streets and fabulous restaurants, art studios and boutiques is close by, and don't forget that must have holiday staple fish and chips from one of the award-winning takeaways.
