Trespaddick Cottage overlooks a pretty, communal courtyard where you can sit and socialise with other guests or enjoy your own private screened deck area at the rear, with views of green pastures and wooded valleys. The ground floor open plan living space has a new, sleek fitted kitchen and a lovely sociable area where you can sit and chat at the table or sink into the comfy sofa to watch TV. Patio doors lead outside to the private decked terrace where you can while away the hours admiring the view or perhaps wandering around the grounds with the dog. The double bedroom with a beautiful, crafted bed and countryside views is on the ground floor along with the fabulous bathroom. Upstairs the single room sits up in the eaves, perfect for a youngster looking for their own space.

With the seaside village of Boscastle, Crackington Haven and Hartland close by, you will have lots of choice when it comes to choosing a day out and about. Please note there are sloping ceilings, beams and a beam that you need to step over in bedroom two. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times at Treworgie Barton Cottages as there is livestock in the neighbouring fields. This is a rural property with limited outdoor lighting, so we would recommend bringing your torch. The broadband is superfast, however owing to the area there may be times when the signal drops out. Please note the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property. However there are a number of charging points locally.
