A fabulous seascape can be viewed from the open plan living space. Enjoy the view from the large corner sofa and watch the light change on the water throughout the day. The doors open from the living space to a lovely balcony. What a blissful way to start the day.
The main bedroom has a luxurious super-king bed to stretch out in and an en suite shower-room too, the second double bedroom with a king-size bed boasts a further sea view. The twin third bedroom is tucked at the rear of the property. There is a lovely family bathroom too. Recently refurbished by the owners, no detail has gone amiss for your stay at Sea Dream. There is private parking for one car.
There is direct access to Swanpool Beach with its water sports facilities, cafe, nature reserve and bar/restaurant and nearby coastal paths and further beaches east and west. Falmouth town centre is within walking distance and Falmouth Golf Club is opposite the apartment driveway entrance (bar and restaurant open to non-members).
Tucked down a private lane in a sheltered nook on the outskirts of Falmouth, there is much to explore from this location; the South West Coast Path is only moments from your front door, or if you fancy a game of golf Falmouth Golf Club is only 200 yards away with a restaurant/cafe with the most incredible views and all are welcome. Perhaps try sailing, coastal walking, visiting exotic gardens or exploring Falmouth and all its amenities.
Exploring further afield is easy too; ferries sail from Falmouth to Flushing, Truro, St Mawes and the Helford River. There are lovely gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan in the Helford valley and more at Trelissick, near Truro, with The Lost Gardens of Heligan to the east. The superb surfing beaches and dramatic coastline of the north coast are just 45 minutes away and the Eden Project is an hour's drive, so there is much to see within a very short distance.

Please note that whilst there is private parking for one car, this is on a first come first served basis. There is a public car park a few minutes' walk away should you require further parking. *A cot is not provided, bring your own travel cot.
