For a more relaxed vibe, sit and admire the beautiful garden and pergola from the patio, perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining. This house really is the ideal place for extended families or groups of friends.
As soon as you step over the threshold and into the grand hallway you will be wowed by the beautiful artwork adorning the walls. This spacious home is made for relaxing, with easy access into the fabulous gardens and outdoor seating areas. The main sitting-room is magnificent with a wood-burner, relaxing sofas, 49" Smart TV and endless packages including BT Sport and the Disney Channel. There's a convenient patio door so you can take your morning coffee and access the outdoor space.
If you are keen to keep up with your fitness goals, Treveryan House has a fully equipped studio gym with padded floor, mirrored walls, a selection of free-standing weights, exercise bike, balance ball and much more. Perhaps you prefer to exercise outside? No problem, just open the patio doors and breathe in the fresh air from the terrace. There's even a basketball net for a spot of family-friendly competition.
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen/diner is perfect for social dining and a great place to gather the family together to plan the day ahead. The dual-aspect windows flood the room with natural light and there's a comfy sofa where you can snuggle up with a morning tea before the family awake.
Outside, the large garden is a glorious extension of the house with far-reaching countryside views and panoramic skies across to Dartmoor National Park. A unique feature of the house is the covered kitchen area, great for cooking up a feast on the Cosmos charcoal drum barbecue. Spend the day enjoying the 14ft hydro-train hot tub (training pool), meet up for al fresco lunch and then burn off the calories with a round of table-tennis, or simply listen to the laughter of the children on the trampoline. Tucked away at the bottom of the garden you will find the chicken coop and vegetable patch, you are welcome to help yourself to some vegetables for dinner.
Back inside the house and the delights continue. Climb the fabulous open-tread oak staircase to the first floor and marvel at the unique local artistry on display. There are five bedrooms to choose from, four of which offer lovely rural views, and all have sumptuous bed linens and super-comfy beds. The main super-king bedroom has a picture window where you can gaze out over the countryside and a dressing area. The en suite bathroom has the luxury of a walk-in shower and super roll-top bath, perfect for a long soak after a fun-filled day. There are two further double bedrooms, a 'zip and link' room that can be made up as a twin or double to suit your requirements and a bunk room which will delight the children. The handy family shower-room is located on this floor.

The village of Wembury and local pub are within a walkable distance (1 mile down country lanes). Another mile on, a beach awaits with golden sands and rock pools for young and old to explore. The water here is clean and shallow, and ideal for families with young children to enjoy a splash-about. You can also explore the miles upon miles of coast path, taking in the views whilst enjoying the sea air. In truth, when it comes to beaches, you are spoilt for choice on the south coast!
Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo are two picturesque coastal villages which sit opposite each other on the Yealm Estuary. The creek also offers the perfect spot to paddle board and why not finish up with a bite to eat in one of the pubs.
The wild beauty of Dartmoor is within easy reach and really is a must. A family favourite has to be a drive out to Cadover bridge for ice cream and a splash in the river. A day can be spent exploring the maritime city of Plymouth, home to the National Marine Aquarium, the iconic Smeaton's Tower lighthouse at Plymouth Hoe, and the cosmopolitan Barbican area teeming with interesting bars and cafes.

Please note one of the double rooms has restricted head room and the bed is against the wall on one side. The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property. However there are a number of charging points locally.
The hot tub may have been emptied and refilled so may not be at full temperature on your day of arrival. The owner will provide an easy to use full hot tub maintenance manual focussing on health and safety. This will involve the hot tub being tested twice daily, ensuring your enjoyment of the hot tub on your holiday.
The gym facilities are there for your enjoyment but please note that usage is at your own risk.
The drive opens up onto the main road so please take care when pulling out and please take care with children and dogs. *Only 1 cot is provided, bring your own travel cot.

The hot tub sits raised from the main patio area with seating around. Please do take care when climbing in and out of the tub but most of all sit back and enjoy the luxury underneath the beautiful sky.

Pull into the drive which sits off of the main road into Wembury.

The gym also offers a small work station with another set of patio doors opening up on the that 'wow' garden.
A studio gym including 2021 Watt bike atom, hand weights, Olympic barbell and plates up to 200kg, medicine ball, Bosu, stability balls, foam rollers, step, kettlebells, mobility bands, skipping ropes and yoga mats and blocks.
The girls are there for you to enjoy and will supply those essential morning eggs. Please do not worry they are very quiet and will be looked after before the early bird of the family rises.
The outside area also benefits from feature electric lights that really creates a special area for you all to enjoy at the end of the day.
The garden offers the ideal playground for old and young.

Wembury beach is a lovely family beach, with a dog-friendly beach a little further along the coast path.
