The Old Stables is an effortlessly beautiful and stylish north Devon retreat situated in the heart of the quaint seaside village of Instow. The house has a lovely flow and has been fully refurbished to the highest standard, making the most of the beautiful location. You will spend many happy hours looking out across the sea and one of the best positions will be enjoying a drink sat on the balcony situated off the spacious sitting-room. Split over two levels, this fabulous space has a Smart TV and those all-important sofas to relax into after a beach day.

The heart of the house has to be the fully equipped kitchen/diner which has a wonderful log-burner for those chillier mornings and yet another window that looks out towards the estuary. This really is a house that makes the most of all the views!

There are two spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms with hotel-standard linens and super comfy beds. The main bedroom on the ground floor not only has an en suite shower-room with under-floor heating but a window that allows you to soak in the view each morning from the luxurious king-size bed.

Upstairs you'll find the second bedroom with 'zip and link' beds that offer the flexibility of either twin 3' beds or a super-king size double should you prefer. The shower-room is also positioned on the landing just outside this room.

Al fresco living from the raised deck area means you can enjoy the pretty village of Instow as you tuck into a barbecue or sip a glass of something chilled! Meanwhile the lawn area is ideal for a spot of sunbathing or a competitive game of swing ball before heading out for a walk along the promenade.

The Old Stables also has the bonus of not only a private parking space but a garage, which provides the perfect storage option for all the beach gear or walking kit. The garage is a little on the narrow side so would only be an option for a small car if requiring a second space.

No matter the season The Old Stables is luxury retreat with no detail overlooked, this a home that will allow you to make precious holiday memories whilst enjoying all that north Devon has to offer!

Instow is ideally situated near many of north Devon's attractions so you will never be bored. For those looking for a glimpse of the past, explore the village of Clovelly, a beautiful working fishing village less than 15 miles away. You can also set sail to Lundy from Bideford quay, a truly magical day that all the family will remember.

Make use of the property's garage and take to the Tarka Trail, that literally runs along the path outside the house, on two wheels. A seasonal ferry takes day trippers across to Appledore and back, and there are miles of jaw-dropping coastline to explore. Visit the local deli and stock up on fresh goods for the ideal picnic. There are some great beaches for you to explore with Instow beach on your doorstep or drive the five miles to Westward Ho! - in truth when it comes to beaches you will be spoilt for choice in north Devon.
