The kitchen/dining-room is well-equipped to ensure you have everything you need to cook up some delicious local produce. A music/radio system complete with CD player, MP3 and USB connections in the kitchen is an added bonus. From the sunny conservatory, doors open out to the pretty, fully enclosed garden. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of fizz after a day on the coast and we are sure your four-legged friend will also curl up by your feet in the sunshine.
Two bedrooms on the first floor are relaxing spaces to rest your head and you are assured of comfort and peace, with the top-quality linen and calming colour schemes. West Dorset has an enduring beauty comprising of rolling hills and stunning coastline. West Bay itself is known as the Golden Gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and the imposing sandstone cliffs are really a sight to behold. When the tide is out, there are areas of sand so be sure to pack your buckets and spades! It is a wonderful seaside location, complete with regular boat trips and not to mention it is world-famous for fossil hunting. From Pebbles, it is a level walk to the beach along the disused Great Western Railway line; a fabulous traffic-free stroll.
Along this coastline there is the must-see Golden Cap, the breath-taking shingle ridge of Chesil Beach and the famous Cobb at Lyme Regis. All this exploring will no doubt call for some sustenance and you will be spoilt for choice - head to Hive Beach Cafe for out of this world seafood or closer by, hop aboard The Station Kitchen for a delicious culinary journey.
A thirty minute, level walk from Pebbles will bring you to the thriving market town of Bridport that has twice weekly markets and a number of artisan shops just waiting to be explored. Colmer's Hill, in nearby Symondsbury is well worth the climb to the top, as you will be rewarded by the most fabulous panoramic view.
