Positioned in the simply stunning 600 acre grounds of Kitley estate in south Devon, discover Kitley Close in all its grandeur and glory with exclusive fishing rights on the river Yealm estuary. Kitley Close sits proud in its own private secluded large garden with incredible views across the estate and the livestock of local farmers that have worked on the estate for years. The house is a beautifully styled home where no detail has been overlooked. The outside area is perfect for relaxing in the most wonderful surroundings, from the sunny verandah to the estate itself whilst at night you can star gaze whilst enjoying the glorious hot tub - you will be the envy of all your friends.

When it comes to a house large enough for the whole family to come together and make those special holiday memories, then look no further because this one delivers on every level. And the cherry on top has to be that the family dog can also come along!

As you drive on to the estate, you will be greeted with gorgeous views down towards the estuary and you will really start to appreciate the beauty of the estate. Step inside to find a simply stunning home which will not only offer the warmest of welcomes but also has something for everyone.

You will be delighted by the natural flow of the rooms on the ground floor, from a hideaway snug with a wood-burner, the perfect room to enjoy some peace and quiet, to the open plan sitting-room which leads out on to the verandah. The sitting-room also links through to the formal dining-area, which is the ideal spot for the family to come together and reminisce.

The newly installed luxury kitchen is fully equipped for rustling up a family feast or that hearty breakfast before you head off down to the Yealm Estuary. And of course, no country house is complete unless you have that all important boot-room!

Each and every one of the bedrooms offer that 'wow' factor and wouldn't look out of place in a five-star hotel. There are five bedrooms to choose from, all offering uninterrupted views of the estate, luxury linens and super-comfy beds. On the first floor you'll find two family bedrooms at either end of the hall, one offering a sumptuous super-king size bed and the other a king-size bed. They both have an additional comfy single bed along with an en suite shower-room, creating the perfect family space. You then have the choice of a further three beautifully styled rooms, one with a cosy double bed, a bunk bedroom and a twin bedroom. The main bathroom with both a bath and shower cubicle can also be found on this floor.

Kitley Close is quite simply the perfect country home for a very special family holiday!

The idyllic riverside villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo are considered two of the most attractive and unspoilt villages in south Devon and these are just a few miles away. Sitting on opposite sides of the River Yealm you really do feel the slower pace of life and of course what better way to enjoy village life than sampling a gin at one of the locally renowned pubs!

When it comes to beaches you really are spilt for choice. From Mothercombe to Bigbury-on-Sea to name but two, family beach days are a cinch or discover the joy of walking the miles upon miles of coastal paths that link all these beaches and hidden coves together.

Kitley Estate is just eight miles away from the Maritime City of Plymouth with its bustling Barbican area and fascinating National Marine Aquarium. The iconic Plymouth Hoe and lighthouse has fabulous views across the harbour and out to sea, or head in the other direction to Salcombe for a day of exploring the town, crabbing off the harbour wall or building sandcastles on South Sands beach.
