For a shiny happy holiday, like no other, book yourself a break at this utterly unique retro retreat. Resplendent in all its dazzling aluminium glory, this American beauty has been fully refitted for the ultimate in style and comfort. From its days travelling around the US, it has now set up home in a truly English countryside setting with gorgeous views across the woodland and open fields of the Glynn Valley, an escape from the everyday and chance to experience a chilled-out break.

Step in and you will be bowled over by the delightfulness of the decor - from the attractive kitchen complete with induction hob, combination microwave, fridge and all the equipment any master chef could desire, to the sitting-area with warming wood-burner and TV, a perfect excuse to snuggle up after a day exploring this charming part of Cornwall. At the far end is the comfortable and rather romantically cosy bedroom, with a comfy king-size bed, along with the most super-stylish wet-room.

Outside the magic continues. Fire up the barbecue and enjoy meals in the great outdoors from sunrise to sunset, while away many an hour with a good book as wild and bird life sneak into view and allow the stresses and strains of the everyday to soak away in the bubbly hot tub. But that's not all because there's also the oh so utterly charming willow house - sure to bring out the child in all. A place to escape with a steaming hot chocolate and maybe a little camp singing - just let your inhibitions go

The lovely owners live on site, there to provide a warm welcome and offer help and advice but then leave you in peace to settle in and relax and if you want to make this a break away with friends they can stay in the The Cornish Airstream (4497) also within the grounds, yet private and out of sight of each other.

With easy access to the A38 and the main train line nearby, this is a brilliant base for exploring the charming county of Cornwall. For the active, don your walking boots and head out to discover the wide open landscapes and gravity defying rock formations across Bodmin Moor or follow the River Fowey as its winds its way along the wooded valley at Golitha Falls, re-fuelling on a highly recommended hearty snack at Inkies Smokehouse.

If two wheels are your preferred mode of transport, the network of cycling trails at Cardinham Woods and Lanhydrock beckon and whilst there take in the historic house, gardens and parkland (National Trust).

For a dose of sea air, lovely Looe, trendy Fowey and picturesque Charlestown are within striking distance and for some live entertainment try out the unique venues of The Rumstore at Carnglaze Caverns and Sterts 'Open Air' Theatre (seasonal).

So what are you waiting for, book yourself that break - this is one special little place that is sure to create lifelong happy holiday memories.
