For scenery packed coastal walks, exploring fishing villages and historic harbours, and fun days on some fabulous beaches this oh so chic apartment is just the ticket for a great holiday in north Cornwall. From its origin as a trading house and more recently a hotel, customers and guests have always been given a warm welcome at Providence House and now guests will be clambering to visit once again, as the building has been triumphantly renovated into three luxury apartments.

Taking pride of place on the top (second) floor is Merchant where you can gaze out at the far-reaching views that lead out to sea. Simply yet stylishly furnished, the contemporary interiors will calm your senses and set you to holiday mode from the offset.

Accessed up an exterior flight of stairs (part covered), the open plan living-room, with its fabulous vaulted ceiling, creates a wonderful welcome for holiday life and the eager chef will not be able to resist the smart modern kitchen. The relaxed seating area is the perfect place to unwind after an adventure filled day or for whiling away a lazy winter afternoon watching a good film, or perch yourself on the window seat next to the kitchen and simply gaze down at the view.

Two beautiful bedrooms, one offering a 'zip and link' bed which can be made up as two single beds or a super-king size bed will ensure you have a great night's sleep, and both have the most gorgeous en suite shower-rooms adding a little more luxury to your stay.

Outside you can enjoy a leisurely morning coffee perched high on the little seating area right outside your door or take the steps down to soak up the sun on your own private terrace area which has great views out across Boscastle and to Forrabury Church on the horizon.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you are surrounded by the most dramatic scenery that beckons you out each day to explore. Take a stroll down the hill into the heart of Boscastle, with its tiny harbour, shops and galleries, and a choice of places to eat and drink. The Napoleon Pub is just across the way serving up a good selection of fab pub grub and local ales - well you don't really want to be cooking whilst on holiday - or take the hike over to the farm shop and cafe and reward yourself with some wonderful delights whilst taking in the most breathtaking view.

Pop on your walking boots and explore rocky coves, stunning clifftops, wooded valleys and open countryside or head over to Tintagel to discover a village steeped in Arthurian myth and legend.
