Perched on the edge of the Gwendraeth valley, Syddyn Cowshed offers the tranquillity of the countryside with panoramic picture postcard views. In a delightful setting, positioned in a hidden corner on the owners' farm, the site offers a plethora of serene natural spaces. Amble your way through the 40 acres whilst breathing in the fresh air of the stunning landscape.

A former milking parlour, Syddyn Cowshed has been lovingly restored and is tastefully styled throughout.

Cosy up to the wood-burner after a day of sightseeing or walking the magnificent countryside. The property has spacious open plan living with a corner sofa, dining-table, fully equipped kitchen and comfy double bedroom, stepping down four uneven stone steps to a separate shower-room.

The secluded outdoor area is the ideal spot for a sunny breakfast, al fresco dinner, or to just unwind and relax with a glass of wine whilst listening to the sound of the stream trickling by. Spend magical evenings around the fire-pit under the starry skies - don't forget the marshmallows!

On request, an additional child can be accommodated on the sofa bed.

Just a drive away, you can explore all that seaside Carmarthenshire has to offer - Pembrey, Ferryside and Llansteffan, dog-friendly beaches and Burry Port for keen bird watchers, so don't forget your binoculars!

Carmarthenshire is one of Wales' most historic counties, with stunning castles such as Llanesteffan, Kidwelly and Carreg Cennen which are all dog-friendly. Also known as the 'Garden of Wales' and home to the National Botanic Gardens, so why not pay a visit during your stay?
