Situated close to the beating heart of this lively and characterful seaside town, yet on a residential street only moments from the ocean, this spacious and stylish town house really has the 'wow' factor. Fourshore is a contemporary three-storey retreat in the very popular seaside Cornish town of Newquay.

Step through the front door and be greeted with a rejuvenating colour scheme, spacious floors and three bedrooms comfortably sleeping six guests. This charming town house boasts an elevated position, less than a minute's walk from the South West Coast Path and its pristine stretches of golden sands, tucked away inlets and sheer cliffs.

Bring your family and friends to a thoughtfully presented retreat with its well-designed interior, fine furnishings and refreshing colourways providing a relaxing environment to contrast with the vibrant urban seaside location. The ground floor provides an open plan living area, which includes a contemporary kitchen, pleasant dining-area and comfortable sitting-area arranged together with a large TV with DVD player.

The bedrooms are immaculately presented over the first and second floors, enhanced by refreshing decor and considerate furnishings with good storage space. Ample sea glimpses can be enjoyed from both front bedrooms. The spacious family bathroom serves the double rooms, whereas on the top level the king-size room is complemented by a bright and modern en suite shower-room.

Slide open the glass doors and take in the delights of outdoors, the elegant sun terrace sits wonderfully with a custom-built barbecue-area and furniture set up for you to enjoy your meals al fresco on warmer days and evenings.

You have so much to enjoy, right on your doorstep. A one minute walk will bring you to the steps at the clifftop above sandy Tolcarne beach from where you can walk down to the water's edge and at low tide all the way along the bay to Newquay harbour. Alternatively, a further five minute stroll on the clifftop will take you into the lively town centre where you can explore a whole wealth of shops, eateries, and attractions, making your stay a memorable one. A five minute walk inland brings you to beautiful Trenance Gardens and Lake, comprising Newquay Zoo; Waterworld; Heron Tennis Centre and Concrete Waves skate-park. Plenty for those who like to be active!

For those wishing to explore further afield, the Eden Project, the popular seaside resort of Padstow, the shopping city of Truro and the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth all make an easy day excursion and are just a short drive away.
