Nestled in the heart of Marazion, Spring Tide is a gorgeous, intimate love nest for two with the glorious beaches, plentiful restaurants and variety of shops right on your doorstep. A charming, terraced cottage which has recently been lovingly refurbished to now offer a chic and cosy retreat for two. Walk through the front door, which leads you straight into the impressive open plan living area that flows through to the bespoke hand-built kitchen with breakfast-bar and stools. There are flagstone floors, a stunning fireplace and the bespoke furnishings exude quality. The stone fireplace houses a gorgeous wood-burning stove; sheer bliss for warming toes on colder nights when you may be tempted to stay in, rather than venturing outside. Spring Tide is a wonderful blend of old and new with all the mod-cons taken care of within the wonderfully stylish interior.

Upstairs you will find a large bright main bedroom with a super-comfy super-king-sized bed dressed in crisp white luxury linens. Further along the landing is a rather glamorous dressing-room, which all princesses will adore getting ready in. From this room, on a clear day, you can see glimpses of the sea too. The shower-room has a walk-in shower, what a special space to wash away sandy hair in after a day's activities. Couples will love to escape here and make the most of some great restaurants and food festivals in this part of Cornwall, whilst two friends holidaying together can also be accommodated comfortably as the super-king bed can be unzipped to form two singles on request.

A stable-door from the kitchen takes you into the small but perfectly formed enclosed patio which is a little sun-trap in the summer; a single step leads up to the most fabulous hydro pool and is the perfect spot for soaking away the day and enjoying a chilled glass of wine after a day walking the local coast paths.

Marazion is Cornwall's oldest market town, with an array of things to see and do. This charming seaside town is undoubtably most renowned for being home to the fairy tale castle at St Michael's Mount. Become king and queen for the day, and if the tide is low stroll along the causeway where the legendary giant Cormoran once walked. If the tide is high, then hop onto one of the many boats that travel back and forth and if you are lucky you may hear the boatsman tell a tale or two about smugglers and shipwrecks. You can easily spend a fun-filled day here exploring the castle, gardens and harbour and finishing off the day with a local cream tea in the castle tea shop - don't forget it's jam first, you are in Cornwall after all.

Just down the road from the cottage (which is located on the main road into Marazion) you will also find numerous delicious restaurants and pubs, from fish and chips to a lovely little deli, the choice is yours! One of the local pubs, The Fire Engine, is just across the road. Very much a traditional local pub, it has a stunning outside terrace with the most incredible view of St Michael's Mount to soak up.

Around the area there are many wonderful walks from Marazion. The coastal path to Perranuthnoe is virtually on your doorstep and is one of the most popular in this part of west Cornwall. Art lovers should most definitely visit the Newlyn Art Gallery and at the same time take a walk to the fish market and buy some of the fresh fish which is landed daily - that's tonight's supper sorted!

With everything from great food to wonderful coastal walks all on your doorstep, Springtide is sure to give you a Cornish break to remember whatever the season.
