With its quirky buildings, fine-dining restaurants, antiques emporiums and eclectic mix of pubs, Chapel Street has earned its reputation as the Bohemian centre of Penzance and at the heart of it lies a stylish, industrial-inspired lower ground floor apartment that perfectly complements this outstanding cultural quarter, complete with its own private parking space.

A flight of exterior granite steps leads down to Carrera, a spacious basement retreat – contemporary living at its finest. In keeping with the special touches around every corner of the apartment, the double and twin bedrooms both feature lavish linens and luxurious beds.

Head down the corridor to enter the light and airy sitting-room which boasts comfortable furnishings and pebble-effect gas fire. The adjacent kitchen/diner has all mod-cons whilst the bath and shower rooms are both modern and fully equipped.

Step out and you will find Penzance town centre in one direction, and the promenade just an amble away in the other. Head west to the working fishing ports of Newlyn and Mousehole, or head east along Mount's Bay to the picture postcard ancient market town of Marazion and walk the causeway to iconic St Michael's Mount.

This exceptional pad is ideally placed to explore the wonders of the far west of Cornwall and beyond.
