The views from the first floor bedrooms are simply stunning and can also be enjoyed from the raised patio-area – dining al fresco with views over the harbour sounds wonderful doesn't it!
The Cottage is nestled in such a great location, a stone's throw from Cockwood harbour. Whether it be strolling to the nearest pub to enjoy a touch of fine cuisine, walking along the harbour soaking up the sea views or simply relaxing in the private courtyard with a good book, this wonderful spot provides it all.
Slightly further afield you have the sandy beach at Dawlish Warren, perfect for a lazy day in the sun, or a short ferry ride will find you in the popular seaside town of Exmouth; the adventures are endless.
Holidays are not just about relaxing and rejuvenating, and in this superb part of the world it would be a shame not to venture out to enjoy the highlights and attractions which surround you.

The steps up to the patio table and chairs are supported by a handrail, however, please do take care when ascending or descending.

You can get even closer to the water in this welcoming pub, and the food is fabulous!

The sunsets in the harbour can be quite spectacular!

Even without the water, this picture-perfect spot is beautiful.

Watch the boats bob around in the harbour at high tide and investigate the harbour bed at low tide.
