The master bedroom and twin bedroom are both located on the ground floor - the master bedroom benefitting from a super stylish en suite shower-room - with patio doors leading out onto the rear garden. The family shower-room boasts the most amazing jet shower, perfect to wash away all of the sand in.

Upstairs the open plan living space offers a superb hub where meal times once again become a family affair. The kitchen is packed with everything you could possibly need for cooking up a family feast. Afterwards, you can sink into the sofas and relax and unwind, or slide back the double patio doors and enjoy a sundowner on the balcony whilst watching the sun set over the sea. Outside you have two lawned areas that you can enjoy whatever the time. The rear garden catches the morning sun, and is the perfect place for a coffee and morning paper.

A short wander down the hill (be careful as you will be strolling on the road) you'll find yourself on Mawgan Porth's golden sand and at the village centre with its perfectly formed mix of cafes, restaurants, pub, surf shops and surf school. After a busy day on the beach stop off at The Merrymoor for a cider (or two) before ambling back to Morgelyn.

While it's very tempting to leave your car parked up for your stay, Watergate Bay and Newquay are all within a few miles, while Padstow and the gorgeous town of Wadebridge are further up the north coast and equally as delightful. If you fancy going off the beaten track then take a trip to Pentire Steps, a tiny little cove right at the end of one of the most popular beaches in Cornwall. Here there are no shops or car parks, just simply rugged unspoilt Cornish beauty and calm seclusion. All you need is a good book, and your camera.
