Wow! This stunning modern house has been thoughtfully hand-crafted by the owners and decorated to feel like your home away from home – you might find it hard to leave! Sea Breeze is filled with an eclectic mix of old and new, creating a unique style so there is always something interesting to discover. Located only a five minute walk from the sandy Gyllyngvase beach and a short stroll into the pretty centre of Falmouth, there is everything here to have a very memorable holiday.
The house opens into a large entrance hall with hidden spaces for your buckets and spades and a useful downstairs shower-room to wash away all the salt and sand after a long day on the beach. The sitting-room has plenty of space to relax together – flop down on the sofa and rest your weary limbs. The spacious open plan kitchen/diner has floor to ceiling windows looking out to the private garden where you can enjoy a late breakfast in the sunshine or perhaps toast some marshmallows over the chimenea of a summer's eve.
Upstairs you will find the four bedrooms and the family bathroom, where there is plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom has large windows overlooking the garden and the churchyard beyond, and a fabulous en suite too. The three further bedrooms all are finished with charm and style, instantly relaxing you on holiday.
Sea Breeze is located in an ideal spot for exploring this lovely part of Cornwall. Two beaches with lovely cafes and water sports on offer, such as paddle boarding and kayaking, are only a short walk away and you can hop straight onto the coast path to explore the Helford Passage too. The maritime town of Falmouth is a 10 minute walk from the house with boat trips, boutique shops and many restaurants, pubs and cafes all waiting to tempt you. The stunning gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan are within easy reach and are fun for all the family and the rugged Lizard peninsula and north coast are both a half hour drive away.
