TwinImagine yourself sinking into a bubbling hot tub and gazing out over the beautiful rolling countryside whilst the younger members of the group play merrily within your enclosed patio and garden. Sounds perfect doesn’t it!
Twitchers Itch is such a fabulous location for couples who want to enjoy the romance of this beautiful and tranquil area, however it’s also equally as well positioned to cater for that perfect family holiday, especially as your beloved four-legged friends are very welcome.
Willow Walk located yards from your door offers 3.5 acres of the owners' fields, with far reaching views and acres of playing-area for your dogs to truly enjoy their Devon holiday. Not only reserved for the dogs, indeed children can have hours of fun playing in the field whilst enjoying the freedom and open air of the countryside. The joy of an early morning dog walk will be the birds' chorus as the sun rises setting everyone up for another wonderful day. Please remember your wellies for those morning walks as the field can become wet underfoot which we know your dogs will enjoy! Please remember this is open countryside with livestock in adjoining fields and your dogs must be kept under control at all times but other than that, this area is for you and your dogs to enjoy.
Strolling and rambling in this stunning area of Devon is a real must. With a range of stunning walks and trails right on your doorstep, donning your walking boots and heading out for the day will leave you feeling extremely spoilt and fulfilled.
Returning to the delightful Twitchers Itch is also a real pleasure. Whether it’s cuddling up in front of the glowing wood-burner or slipping into the bubbling hot tub with a glass of something tasty, your return to this super-inviting property is guaranteed to be a very welcome one.
Sharing the grounds with Fern Gully (4172) and Little Wagtail (4207), and neighbouring the owners’ main house, you are comforted by the fact you are not alone, even though the privacy and remoteness of the property is very apparent. The clever design and positioning of the house and its external features ensures maximum privacy, with the benefit of having the owners on hand should you ever need anything at all, truly the best of both worlds.
Although you have everything you could wish for on your doorstep, including numerous fishing lakes nearby, venturing further afield is also a must as you are only a leisurely car drive away from the north coast which is home to some of the most sought-after beaches. Bude, just a short 30 minute drive away, has a fabulous beach – its golden sands and rolling waves make this beach a perfect day out for the whole family, with the icing on the cake being it is dog-friendly all year round.
Exploring the beautiful surrounding areas are a must, however keeping it local with a stroll to the nearest pub is a superb idea for an evening walk, returning to Twitchers Itch to enjoy a dip in the hot tub under the stars – what a great way to end the day!
Your four-legged friends are also extremely welcome at Twitchers Itch and will possibly enjoy the nearby walks and surroundings just as much as you. The fully enclosed patio and garden area affords you that peace of mind that there is no escaping – unless they are very persistent and exceptionally good jumpers.
