Perched above Marazion with magnificent views of St Michael’s Mount and the Atlantic Ocean, Chy Morvah East is a fabulous home-from-home for family and friends. The bubbling hot tub, perfectly positioned on the spacious mulit-level deck to the front of house, is sure to be a favourite spot come rain or shine; relax in the fresh sea air and enjoy the ideal vantage point to watch the comings and goings along the causeway to the ‘Mount’.

Entering into this recently renovated coastal hideaway, a large hallway leads to a modern bathroom and utility-room on the right and then steps up left to the living area and kitchen/family-room, with a useful extra dining-table for children's breakfast time, a game of Scrabble or for sorting through the shells collected in the rock pools of the nearby beach. The huge sitting/dining-room has a roaring wood-burner and mesmerising sea views through floor to ceiling glazing, which also opens out to the enclosed garden, deck and outside dining space. The first floor houses a gorgeous bathroom, an en suite shower-room and four bedrooms – please mind your heads on the sloping ceilings.

There is a fabulous roof terrace with outstanding sea views and, as it’s south-facing, plenty of sunshine; this is accessed up some steps from the driveway or via a half-height exit from the master bedroom.

The South West Coast Path runs behind the house, leading eastward to the beach (200 yards) then on to Perranuthnoe, or west towards Marazion, St Michael's Mount and Penzance.

The bustling market town of Marazion is just a five minute walk away with pubs, galleries and restaurants to explore before you go back to your peaceful clifftop retreat with plenty of parking and a hot tub, in which to chill.
